Nuclivision breakfast symposium at EANM 2025

April 10, 2025

Nuclivision attended the 38th Annual EANM Conference in Barcelona beginning of October. It was a celebratory edition as the community was not only celebrating 40 years of EANM but Nuclivision also highlighted the CE certification of their image enhancement software NUCLARITY during their first breakfast symposium hosting more than 30 clinicians and researchers enthusiastic to learn more about the power of AI in nuclear medicine.

Nuclivision attended the Annual EANM Conference in Barcelona with a large delegation this year. Co-founders Maarten Larmuseau and Tomas Brants joined together with Kim Braeckman and Roxanne De Maeyer who recently joined the team, to connect with colleagues and explore the latest in nuclear medicine and molecular imaging.

Presenting research on added value of AI image enhancement in early perfusion imaging

Together with professor Silvia Morbelli and her team at the University of Turin, Nuclivision presented a poster (EP-0683) showing that early perfusion imaging with 3-min scans, enhanced by NUCLARITY®, has the potential to provide clinically relevant information comparable to [F-18]-FDG — paving the way for faster, less invasive, and more efficient neurodegenerative PET diagnostics.

Breakfast symposium highlighting the power of AI in nuclear medicine

To highlight that their image enhancement software NUCLARITY achieved CE certification, Nuclivision hosted their first breakfast symposium. The featured speakers provided insights into:

  • The ease of NUCLARITY deployment and gains in daily practice
  • Tackling the challenges in becoming a more operationally efficient NM department, and
  • Obtaining more clinically relevant information from your amyloid scans.

The Nuclivision team is grateful for all attendees joining at 7 am in the morning and the valuable insights the speakers shared.

It was a great edition and we are looking forward to the next one!
